December P2P Implementation Update

Dear Colleages,

As part of the ongoing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process review, a timeline view of the working group’s objectives and milestones has been created.  As it stands, the working groups are aiming to conclude mid Spring with some time in late Spring to engage in change management efforts and initiatives.  Please note that no changes will be implemented prior to the performance evaluation period has ended.
