Uber for Business

We’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with Uber for Business for rideshare and meal needs. This partnership will enable you to gain access to features built for business travelers and travel coordinators.

Here are some of the benefits:

• Uber provides departmental dashboards allowing for ease of travel globally on the same app that you utilize today on your personal account by simply toggling between the personal and business profile. The dashboard allows for customization through set parameters giving departments total control over app use.

• Uber allows for departments to provide vouchers for use on both the rideshare and Uber eats apps. The use of the app is not necessary if given the voucher. The voucher allows for gifting of rideshares or UberEats with the ease of having one payment method allowing for transparency and visibility of use cases.

• Uber allows for a white glove/customizable service for leadership/executives and guests of the university on the rideshare and Uber eats platforms, allowing for oversight and personalization for special guests.
