February 2026 P2P Implementation Update

Effective February 23, 2026, we realigned our procurement team to report directly into the areas they serve, advancing our efforts to streamline Procure-to-Pay processes and enhance service delivery. By embedding our procurement analysts within our financial teams, we anticipate faster and more coordinated support tailored to each campus’s specific needs.

University Services Finance Team: Matt Huters, Procurement Manager for University Services, and his team of procurement analysts will now report to Michelle Dee, AVP of Finance for University Services.

Main Campus Finance Team: Tammy Robinson, Procurement Manager for Main Campus, and her team of procurement analysts will report to Heather Malneritch, Senior Campus Director for Financial Operations, Main Campus.

The policy, process, and training workstreams will continue implementing updates through March 2026 and beyond.
