Stella Apekey is the Senior Associate Vice President for Budget, Treasury, and Financial Management at Georgetown University. Stella has more than 28 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, financial planning, and management in various industries, including over 17 years in higher education. Stella serves as the Chief Budget Officer and oversees Georgetown’s treasury operations.
Stella is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), with an MBA from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Longwood University.
