Revenue and Receivables

The Revenue and Receivables Department is comprised of the Student Revenue and Receivables, Customer Account Services, and Revenue Management and Systems units. The department oversees student billing, payment processing, refunds and IRS Form 1098-T generation for Georgetown University. The department also provides cashiering services and check distribution for the university and partners across the institution on revenue-generating contracts with external customers, including contract support, invoicing, payment application and collections.
