Jami J. Rodgers, MBA, CPCM, serves as Georgetown’s Chief Procurement Officer and Assistant Vice President for Procure-to-Pay. He brings more than 22 years of senior leadership in federal acquisition, including his role as Chief Acquisition Officer at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where he managed a $30B global portfolio. He also held senior executive roles at the Department of Energy and NASA, directing major procurement operations, including Head of Contracting Activity for the Exploration Systems Development and Space Operations Mission Directorates. He began his federal career as a Contracting Officer at the Environmental Protection Agency and later gained private sector experience as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Amazon. Recognized for modernizing acquisition processes, Jami has received multiple federal honors, including two Secretary of Energy Achievement Awards and multiple USAID Honor Awards. He holds an MBA from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State.
