EZ Cater

Announced on September 19, 2024, EZ Cater is an online platform that will allow stakeholders the ability to order catering services from up to 900 local restaurants for meetings. The university has partnered with EZ catering for a streamlined and efficient food ordering process.

How to Order

Register for an account and choose a restaurant

  1. Go to the EZ Cater
    website
    or the ezCater app
  2. Sign up for an account using your Georgetown University email address
  3. Enter your delivery address and date/time
  4. See restaurants that serve your area

Choose your food

  1. Add menu items to your cart
  2. Enter your headcount to see your price per head
  3. Once everything looks good, it’s checkout time

Check out

  1. Confirm your delivery address and instructions
  2. Add procard info. If using a
    personal card, save the receipt for reimbursement.
    (note: orders cannot currently be placed via purchase order, however, a punchout option is forthcoming)
  3. Place your order (note: you can place orders ahead of time
    for meetings that take place in the future)
